Where do patients pick up product or how does that process work?

Patients must order and pick up their product from a specified location. goodblend operates weekly pick ups in doctors offices across the state, and we have 3 permanent locations in Austin, San Antonio, and Plano.

Will goodblend send me brochures or other patient materials?

Send the prescribing doctor’s name, clinic address, and request to DocSupport@goodblend.com and our team will coordinate a shipment of materials straight to you!

How does a patient know who to call once I have seen and written the Rx for the patient?

What should I do if the patient I am trying to add is already associated with another physician?

The patient will need to contact their previous physician and ask to have the ‘relationship terminated’ in the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT) system.

What if goodblend can’t find the patient’s prescription?

goodblend will contact you requesting to confirm the prescription for the patient. Any updates or re-submissions of the prescription must be done by the doctor. goodblend will not enter or adjust a prescription on the doctor’s behalf.
