Kerrville Round Up FAQ

Full Terms

1. Campaign Duration: The Round Up for Kerrville campaign runs through July 31, 2025. Goodblend reserves the right to extend or conclude the campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Donation Mechanics: Customers may voluntarily round up their purchase total during checkout online, over the phone, or at participating pickup locations. The round-up amount is added to the transaction as a separate line item.
3. Matching Commitment: Goodblend will match total round-up donations made by customers during the campaign period, up to a maximum of $5,000.00. All customer and matched funds will be donated to a verified Kerrville-area relief organization selected by Goodblend.
4. Donation Recipient: Donations will be directed to a vetted nonprofit or flood relief fund serving the Kerrville region. If the original recipient is unable to receive the funds, Goodblend may reallocate donations to an equivalent local relief partner.
5. Non-Tax Deductibility: Donations made through the round-up program are not tax-deductible. No receipts or documentation for tax purposes will be issued.
6. No Impact on Product Pricing: Donations are processed separately from the purchase of medical marijuana products and do not affect product pricing, availability, or discounts.
7. Delivery Fee Waiver: Delivery fees will be waived for all orders delivered to eligible zip codes within Kerr, Kendall, and Williamson counties through July 31, 2025, or until otherwise communicated. Eligibility is determined based on the delivery address provided at checkout.
8. Transparency and Reporting: Goodblend may share a summary of total contributions and the impact of the campaign after its conclusion to maintain transparency.
9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention: Goodblend reserves the right to revoke donation or delivery fee benefits in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse. All contributions are subject to verification.
