New Order Process FAQ

We're Simplifying the Order Confirmation Process

All communications about your order will be done through email.

  • If you order for pick up on a selected day, that order will be automatically filled and ready for pick up on that day. No confirmation phone call needed!
  • If you order for delivery, the confirmation email will contain the date for delivery.
  • The Customer Care team will only reach out to you about your order if there is something wrong with your prescription or delivery date.
  • You can update your email address in your profile on the goodblend website or in the app.
