New Site FAQ

Why did we launch a new website?

We want our customer to have the best experience ordering their products online. To better serve you we needed to make some major changes to our ordering systems and that included a website overhaul.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as guest.

What happened to my old account?

Part of this new experience involved implementing a new ordering system and accounts were not able to be migrated over. Your username and password will no longer work, but you can quickly create a new account and place your order. You do not need to create a new account to shop with us.

Do you still have access to my order history?

Your past order history will not be available in your account area, but we are more than happy to look up your order history in our system. Just ask!

How do I log in or create an account?

You can log in or create a new account by clicking the round profile symbol at the top right of the menu on the shop page or during checkout.

Will I lose all the loyalty points I've accumulated?

All the points you've accumulated are still associated with your account. If you have any issues with your loyalty points please contact customer care.
